SERKYEM OFFERING
The Serkyem (Golden Drink) is most commonly used for offerings. It is comprised of two pieces: a larger dish-shaped bowl with a raised base and a tall raised offering bowl. The latter is placed in an upright position in the larger bowl (as shown) when the offering is being made. When not in use, the smaller offering bowl should be placed on its side in the larger bowl. Food offerings can also be placed in the larger dish when liquid offerings are being made.
