This magnificent chest box is made from solid silver with thick plated 22 carat gold, adorned with old turquoise and coral stones. In the center opening is an ivory carved Buddha face with a 22 carat gold Green Tara figure on the opening lid. This special and unusual healing chest was owned by a Noble Family lady in pre-1959 Tibet. The beautiful design is the worksmanship of one of the finest master artists of ancient Tibet. Inside the main lid is the dakini Lokeshteshvara, the deity for wealth and charm. It is said; when placing precious items in this chest box, the items are blessed by Green Tara.
